Western Electric 191GXY from New Jersey. A prepay 10 cent automatic payphone. It has a #5 dial, and 14C vault lock. Note the unusual coin deflector behind the dial shroud. It is held in place by clipping onto the acorn nuts that hold the dial "daisy" face in place.
