GTE 120A prepay rotary payphone. Note the plug from the front cover that has a plug that mates to the circuit board when the front upper cover is installed, no cable to plug in. Also note tat the tongue within the cradle is plastic. Like Western Electric Automatic Electric changed them over to metal.
